Cosplay is one of the most visible and celebrated parts of St. Pete Comic Con 2026, attracting all levels of cosplayers to join in the fun. With a higher percentage of attendees in cosplay than most conventions, the show floor becomes a living showcase of creativity, craftsmanship, and fandom pride. And to continue growing the sea of cosplayers, we’ve introduced the Celebrate Cosplay Raffle — show up in costume and get a raffle ticket, it’s that easy. Prizes include a free VIP tickets and hotel stays at other St. Pete cons.

At the heart of cosplay at SPCC26 are three signature contests designed for different skill levels and styles. The Craftsmanship Cosplay Contest highlights detailed, handmade builds and advanced construction techniques. The Novice Craftsmanship Cosplay Contest creates opportunities for those talented crafters who are just starting their competition journey. The Runway Cosplay Contest focuses on presentation, performance, and character portrayal, giving cosplayers a chance to shine on stage and bring their characters to life. Contest applications open till Feb. 15 or until all slots are full.

Splash & Bash keeps the con energy going Saturday night with a poolside & lounge after-dark party designed for fans who want to relax, socialize, and keep the fun rolling. Featuring a live DJ spinning music, a cosplay contest, fan trivia prize giveaways – all next to a full bar. Three special after-dark guest cosplayers will also be announced soon, adding to the atmosphere and late-night fandom energy. Splash & Bash is included with your event wristband — no separate ticket required — making it the perfect way to cap off a full day at SPCC26.
