We welcome media to our event! If accepted, you will receive free admission for the day(s) you are covering the event. Your media pass includes only you and anyone who is directly assisting you (we ask that if others accompany you for fun that they please purchase a ticket). In addition, we ask that you share your footage/photos with us (we’ll promote you covering our event!). Thank you for your interest in our event!
In addition, for those accepted there are a couple of things we will do to promote you covering our event. First, we will provide you with a profile on the event website, which allows you to add photos and video as well as share more about your work and background. Second, post-event we ask that you share your footage/photos with us, which we will use in our social media and or/website (including giving you a credit). Thank you for your interest in our event!
