Our Commitment to You.
You are the convention.
These policies are living documents. They grow and evolve alongside our community because your safety, joy, and belonging matter to us. We do not wish to become stagnant. Our role is ever evolving for your safety.
We believe in supporting safety, fun, friendship, and the greater good of the group above all else. Cosplay is for everyone. And cosplay is not consent.
Your voice is essential to this convention.
We invite you to use our [suggestions box]. Not only for concerns, but for your hopes, ideas, and vision for a better event. Honest feedback. Hard feedback. Hopeful feedback. We want to hear it all.
Leadership is not about authority, it’s about responsibility. Our job is to guide, protect, and serve this community to the best of our ability. We are here because of you, and we grow because of you.
This convention belongs to the people who fill it.
Let your voice be heard.
