The Newbie Welcome Experience is designed to help first-time attendees navigate the con with confidence while making new friends along the way. Hosted by the Guest Cosplayers, this interactive experience includes:

• Fan Conventions for Beginners Panel – Start your day with an engaging panel where experienced con-goers and guest cosplayers break down everything you need to know—from how to navigate the event to insider tips for making the most of your weekend. Plus, there’s a Q&A session to get all your burning questions answered.
• Guided Convention Tour – After the panel, join a guided walkthrough of the con, where you’ll explore key areas like the vendor hall, main stage, gaming, and panel rooms. Along the way, you’ll get helpful insights and tips on where to go, what to do, and how to have the best experience possible.
• Group Photo with Guest Cosplayers – Cap off your Newbie Welcome Experience with a fun group photo alongside guest cosplayers! It’s a great way to commemorate your first convention and connect with fellow first-time attendees.
